TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility:

  • Entrants can submit their entries between the 01 December 2023 – 31 January 2024

  • The competition is open to all South Africans above the age of 18, and/or minors between 12 - 17 only with consent from parents which must be sent in writing.

  • Employees of Chill Beverages and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

 

2. How to Enter:

  • Participants must submit a video content following the 3 steps of the campaign to the website  https://www.drinkscore.co.za/win-with-score  and/ or via the #KoraKa Score on @drinkscore social media for consideration between 1 December 2023 – 31 January 2024

 

3. Prize:

  • The prize is R1000 per week to the winner selected.

  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for an alternative prize.

 

4. Winner Selection:

  • The winner will be selected according to the creativity and traction of content created. 

  • The decision of the judges is final, and no correspondence will be entered into after the final decision has been made.

 

5. Notification of Winners:

  • The winner will be notified via contact number and /or social media by the 31 January 2024

  • If the winner does not respond within 10 working days, a new winner may be selected.

 

6. Publicity:

  • By entering the Kora Ka Score competition, participants agree to allow Chill Beverages to use their name, image, and entry for promotional and marketing purposes.

 

7. Data and Privacy:

  • Any personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of the competition and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

 

8. Disqualification:

  • Chill Beverages reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these terms and conditions or is otherwise inappropriate.

 

9. Changes and Termination:

  • Chill Beverages reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.

 

10. Governing Law:

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.

 

11. Disclaimer:

  • Chill Beverages is not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any technical issues in the production and posting of user generated content.

  • By participating in this competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
